Happy Hearts Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction
By accessing and using The Happy Hearts Method online course ("Course"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") set forth by Mindful & Co Kids Pty Ltd (ABN 14 631 620 392), the provider of this course ("we," "us," "our"). This Agreement governs your participation in the Course, including all services provided to you by us.
 
General Disclaimer
The Happy Hearts Method is an educational program designed to help parents equip their children with mindfulness techniques to manage anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience. However, the content provided within the Course is for educational purposes only. The Course is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, including childhood anxiety or other mental health concerns. Always seek the advice of your healthcare provider before implementing any new practices.
 
Program Access
Once you purchase the Course, you will gain access to digital content, including videos, worksheets, downloadable materials, and related resources. Your access will be valid for the duration of the program, and you will have lifetime access to the course content.
 
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you deem the program unsuitable after purchase. However, we do provide a satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:
  • You must notify us within 30 days of purchase if you believe the Course did not meet your expectations.
  • You must complete at least 70% of the Course content, including all core lessons and exercises, before requesting a refund.
  • A refund request should clearly state how the program has not delivered the expected outcomes, and we may request specific details about how you’ve applied the course materials.
Refunds will not be issued for the purchase of the Course if any part of the Course was used for free (such as downloadable resources or a preview session).
 
Ownership of Content
The content of The Happy Hearts Method is the intellectual property of Mindful & Co Kids Pty Ltd. All rights to the content, including text, images, videos, and resources, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the Course without prior written consent from Mindful & Co Kids Pty Ltd.
 
Privacy and Data Use
We take your privacy seriously. We will collect and use your personal information only for the purpose of processing your purchase, providing Course-related updates, and communication about the Course. We will not share your information with any third parties unless required by law. By purchasing the Course, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct
You agree to use the Course in a respectful and responsible manner. You shall not use the Course to post offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content. You are also prohibited from engaging in any activities that could damage, disable, or impair the Course platform.
 
Health and Wellness Disclaimer
The techniques, activities, and content provided in The Happy Hearts Method are designed to assist in improving emotional well-being through mindfulness. However, these techniques should not be viewed as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If your child experiences any significant mental health issues, we strongly recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare provider.
 
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful & Co Kids Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Course, including any damage to property or personal injury. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your child's participation and any results from using the information provided in the Course.
 
Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Course at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes to the Course content. You will continue to have access to any updates as long as you are enrolled.
 
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Course if you violate any terms outlined in this Agreement. In the event of termination, you will lose access to all Course content and materials.
 
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
