Self-Regulation Toolkit Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using The Self-Regulation Toolkit online course ("Course"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") set forth by Mindful & Co Kids Pty Ltd (ABN 14 631 620 392), the provider of this course ("we," "us," "our"). This Agreement governs your participation in the Course, including all services provided to you by us.

The Self-Regulation Toolkit is an educational program designed to help parents equip their children with mindfulness techniques to manage anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience. However, the content provided within the Course is for educational purposes only. The Course is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, including childhood anxiety or other mental health concerns. Always seek the advice of your healthcare provider before implementing any new practices.
Program Access
Once you purchase the Course, you will gain access to digital content, including videos, worksheets, downloadable materials, and related resources. Your access will be valid for the duration of the program, and you will have lifetime access to the course content.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once access to the Course and its materials has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, incorrect purchase, or dissatisfaction with the content. Limitation of Liability

Modifications and Updates

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Course if you violate any terms outlined in this Agreement. In the event of termination, you will lose access to all Course content and materials.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
